The west african peace chapter
| Mr Teddy Foday-Musa is the founder and coordinator of The West African Peace Chapter {TWAPC}. He is a Sierra Leonean by birth. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, from FBC, the University of Sierra Leone. |
| Since his graduation in 1996, our coordinator has been engaged
in the area of Peace Building, within his native Sierra
Leone, which was fast becoming the devil's work shop by the handy work of the RUF-rebels. |
| Mr.Teddy Foday-Musa worked for the World Peace Prayer Society based in New York, as a volunteer. As a result, he was appointed by The World Peace Prayer Society, the first ever Peace Representative of Sierra Leone, in 1997. It was against this back-drop that He established the World Peace Prayer society Sierra Leone Chapter {WPPS-SLC], which is still in operations, but now headed by his co-peace repsentative Mr. Bockarie Enssah. During his voluntary work as a Peace Builder, he was also teaching at the St. Edwards Secondary School, May Park King tom in Freetown, Sierra Leone. With the civil war reaching its dangerous peak, coupled up with the vulnerability of Mr. Teddy Foday-Musa as a Peace Activist, gave him the urge to leave the shores of Freetown for the Netherlands. He is currently living in the Netherlands, with the dream and vision of enhancing the contribution of the African Diaspora to their home countries. A point, which underscores the establishment of the West African Pace Chapter. |
